I i’m so pleased since entering Tiffany wigs. I got one on one professional service the entire time I was there. Not only were they helpful and wanted to find me exactly what I wanted, but they were so dedicated and caring that I felt I was the only important person to them. They point in my direction and say, "She's a woman of "the cloth." An old way of saying I'm ordained clergy. A church pastor, very often in the public eye, I need to look poised and professional. I was nervous when I pulled into the parking lot of Tiffany Wig for two reasons: one, I never needed a wig before, and two, I'm a transgender woman. All of that changed seconds after I walked in the door and was greeted by Kristine Sanchez. She immediately put me at ease. As I explained my situation, she really listened. Kristine was fully present. She cares! She made suggestions and encouraged me, but I never felt rushed or pressured. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesperson. I see Kristine as a new friend and beauty consultant. Absolutely amazing. Preaching at church on Sunday morning or shopping at the mall I'm me again. Poised and pretty! Thanks so much. I am actively in chemo and lost most of my hair very quickly. My hair is long and was a very distinctive feature for me. In a matter of moments I had the right cut, color and texture in my hands. The only one I tried out. I picked it up a couple days later. It is fantastic. My first phone call a person i didnt know told me how fabulous my hair is.
